  • Organizing and maintaining the restaurant's office area, ensuring it is well-stocked with necessary supplies and that equipment like printers and computers are functioning properly
  • Assisting with scheduling staff shifts and coordinating employee time-off requests.
  • Managing and maintaining records related to employee attendance, payroll, and other administrative documents.
  • Handling incoming and outgoing communication, such as answering phone calls, taking messages, and responding to emails
  • Inputting data into the restaurant's computer systems, including inventory, sales, and customer information.
  • Assisting with the hiring process, conducting initial screenings of job applicants, and helping to onboard new employees.
  • Supporting the accounting department with tasks such as invoicing, expense tracking, and payroll processing.
